Turns messy customer bug emails into clean tickets with steps to reproduce.

Small software teams get vague bug reports by email. Bug Intake reads each one, asks the customer follow up questions if key details are missing, and creates a tidy ticket with summary, steps, expected and actual behavior, and device info.
Paste these into Claude, Cursor or Lovable, in order. Check that each one works before moving on.
Build a web app called Bug Intake. Start with login, a forwarding email address per team, and a Tickets list with status (new, needs info, ready, done).
For each incoming email, have an AI model extract title, summary, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, browser or device and severity guess. If steps or device are missing, draft a follow up email asking for them and mark needs info. Merge the reply into the same ticket.
Add duplicate detection by comparing new tickets to open ones, a button to send a ready ticket to the team issue tracker by webhook, and Stripe billing.
