Tattoo studios collect booking deposits, reference images and intake forms.
Nobody has claimed this yet. Be first.
Tattoo artists juggle inquiries across messages with no deposits and missing details. Ink Intake gives each artist a booking page that collects idea description, placement, size, reference images and a deposit. Studio intake forms are signed on a tablet at the appointment. It organizes the studio own forms and is not legal advice.
Paste these into Claude, Cursor or Lovable, in order. Check that each one works before moving on.
Build a web app called Ink Intake. Start with artist sign up, a public artist profile page with portfolio photos, and a booking request form with name, email, phone, idea description, placement, approximate size, color or black and grey, and up to 5 reference image uploads.
Give the artist an Inquiries inbox with statuses: new, quoted, deposit paid, scheduled, done, declined. The artist can reply with a quote, a price range and proposed dates. Store each request with all fields and a message history.
Add a Stripe deposit link sent with the quote that moves the request to deposit paid when completed. Add a tablet intake form the studio can customize with checkboxes and a signature field, saved as a PDF on the booking.
