Forward supplier invoices and get the key fields in a clean spreadsheet.
Nobody has claimed this yet. Be first.
Small business owners retype supplier invoices into their books. Invoice Reader takes forwarded PDFs and photos, extracts vendor, date, amounts and line items, and lets you review and export to CSV or QuickBooks. It organizes data and is not accounting advice.
Paste these into Claude, Cursor or Lovable, in order. Check that each one works before moving on.
Build a web app called Invoice Reader. Start with login, a unique forwarding email address per account, an upload area for PDFs and photos, and an Invoices list with status (new, reviewed, exported).
For each file, use an AI model to extract vendor name, invoice number, invoice date, due date, subtotal, tax, total and line items (description, quantity, unit price). Show the file and the extracted fields side by side for review and correction, and flag totals that do not add up.
Add CSV export and a QuickBooks bill export, a vendor list with spend per month, due date reminders by email, and Stripe billing tiers.
