Property managers track who has which key, when it went out and when it is due.
Nobody has claimed this yet. Be first.
Small property managers and cleaning companies lose track of physical keys and fobs. Key Ledger gives each key a tag number, logs every check out and return with a signature, and flags keys that are overdue. It replaces clipboards and guesswork.
Paste these into Claude, Cursor or Lovable, in order. Check that each one works before moving on.
Build a web app called Key Ledger. Start with login and a Keys page where each key has tag number, property address, unit, key type (door, mailbox, fob, gate) and number of copies.
Add check out and return flows: pick a key, pick or add a person (name, company, phone), set a due date, capture a signature on screen, and save a log entry. Show a list of keys currently out with overdue ones in red and a full history per key.
Send email reminders for overdue keys to the person and the manager, add printable QR tags for each key that open its page when scanned, and add Stripe billing by number of properties.
