Volunteer run adult sports leagues post schedules, scores and standings in one place.
Neighbors send in news and one volunteer turns it into a monthly newsletter.
Nobody has claimed this yet. Be first.
Neighborhood newsletters die because one volunteer has to chase every story. This tool gives neighbors a simple form to submit news, events and shout outs, and helps the editor arrange them into a clean email and printable page.
Paste these into Claude, Cursor or Lovable, in order. Check that each one works before moving on.
Build a web app called Block Newsletter. Start with editor login and a public submission form with fields: name, type (news, event, lost and found, shout out, for sale), title, text and optional photo.
Add an editor queue to approve, edit or reject submissions and drag approved items into an issue. Save each issue with a title, month and ordered sections.
Send the issue by email to a subscriber list with a sign up page, make a printable version for door drops, and keep a public archive of past issues.
