Teachers split a field trip class into chaperone groups with contact info on every phone.
Nobody has claimed this yet. Be first.
Field trips mean sorting students into small groups, printing lists and hoping every chaperone has the right numbers. This tool builds the groups, sends each chaperone a private page with their students and the schedule, and has a quick headcount button.
Paste these into Claude, Cursor or Lovable, in order. Check that each one works before moving on.
Build a web app called Chaperone Groups. Start with teacher login and a Trip page with name, date, meeting points and a schedule list, plus a student list with first name, last initial and any notes the teacher chooses to add.
Add chaperones with name and phone, and a drag and drop screen to assign students to each chaperone. Generate a private link per chaperone showing their students, the schedule and the teacher contact.
Add a headcount button on the chaperone page that records a time stamped count the teacher can see live, and a printable backup sheet per group.
