Restaurants post surplus meals, nearby shelters claim them.
A simple sign-in and queue for volunteer repair cafe events.
Nobody has claimed this yet. Be first.
Visitors scan a QR code at the door, describe their broken item and join a queue matched to the right volunteer fixer. Organizers see who is waiting and what got fixed. Every saved toaster or lamp is one less thing in the landfill.
Paste these into Claude, Cursor or Lovable, in order. Check that each one works before moving on.
Build a mobile friendly web app called Repair Cafe Queue. Create an organizer login, an event page with date and location, and a public sign-in form reached by QR code where visitors enter first name, item type (electrical, textile, bike, furniture, other) and a short description of the problem.
Add a live queue screen for the event. Each ticket has item type, status (waiting, being fixed, fixed, not fixable, needs part) and assigned fixer. Volunteers pick the next ticket in their skill category and update status with one tap. Show waiting count per category.
Add a post-event summary dashboard: items seen, items fixed, fix rate by category and estimated weight saved using a simple per-category average the organizer can edit. Let organizers export a CSV and share a public results page. Add Stripe billing for a yearly group plan.
